HERBAL MEDICINE CABINET - INTRO TO HOLISTIC HEALTH

Master Herbalist Chad Cornell will cover the historical and current importance of holistic approaches to healing, integrating knowledge from traditional systems as well as modern scientific models. Emphasis will be on the potency of thinking broadly about health and wellness, the convergence between cross cultural healing traditions and the role of the sacred in healing. Specific medicines and health concerns will be discussed, with the opportunity to bring your own questions for Chad.
